Senior Contracts Analyst
Arlington, VA – Easy Metro Stop and/or Paid Parking Available

This opening is for a Senior Contracts Analyst; someone who can review, provide advice and interpret a
broad range of contractual requirements and assist in the negotiation of contractual matters pursuant to
company policy and procedures. In this role you’ll prepare, draft and negotiate the terms and conditions
of contractual agreements, analyze terms proposed by counter-parties, and discuss their implications with
management. This is a specialized Contracts role that supports General Counsel and partners with the
Contracts Team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support Senior Leadership with planning, coordinating, organizing and record retention
• Interface with company Program Managers and the Contracts Department to ensure contract
requirements comply with company policies and procedures.
• Review, administer and track Non-Disclosure, Teaming and Consulting Agreements
• Review and assess, recommend updates to existing Non-Disclosure, Teaming and Consulting
Agreements
• Store, track and maintain appropriate records and agreements in the company’s database
• Provide advice and interpretation with the negotiation of Prime / Subcontract Terms & Conditions
• Recommend policies for negotiating key contractual clauses; develop checklists/protocols for
analyzing instruments drafted by counterparties
• Provide advice and interpretation of contract requirements.
• Assess contractual requirements for data assertion, intellectual property and/or data rights
requirements and/or limitations
• Assess and assist with governance of the company’s ITAR / EAR compliance program
 

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
• Bachelor degree required
• 4-8 years of DoD Contract/Subcontract Administration Experience
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing DoD contracts /
subcontracts, FAR and DFAR
• Application of relevant flow-down provisions to subcontractors
• Ability to gain understanding and apply company policies to contract/subcontractor performance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple projects, priorities, and time frames.
• Secret Clearance Active desired; Inactive Will be Considered
