The company is seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator.
The qualified candidate will have an ASC certification or other recognized safety certification, and any combination of 2 years of experience in a safety/environmental role in a manufacturing environment, an Associate's degree in Safety Management or Occupational Safety.
Will be responsible for identifying all sources of non-compliance, preparing countermeasures, administering training in environmental & safety areas, administering workers' compensation, compiling reports and analysis of data. The EHS Coordinator is responsible for communication with other departments to ensure compliance with local, state and federal employment laws and ensures health and safety activities are relative to the natures and scope of business activities.
This position will ensure the facility meets all requirements pertaining to all OSHA, DEP and EPA regulations, policies and procedures, in order to ensure a safe and healthy workplace for all employees
