Job Description

Our client is looking for a Sales Assistant who is a highly motivated strategic thinker to support its sales positions. They are in the process of launching a subscription-based program and need a key player to assist in its development and growth. The ideal candidate needs to possess strong attention to detail while delivering exceptional service to its business partners.  This candidate will need to be extremely comfortable with heavy phone work, able to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Edit and process contracts with a high degree of accuracy
  • Heavy phone work will include interaction with partners and consumers
  • Assist sales team with the launch of our new subscription-based program
  • Direct sales leads to appropriate member of sales team
  • Perform data entry - enter leads, set up listings for spaweek.com, and edit / upload services to the site
  • Resolve consumer and partner issues in a prompt, courteous and professional manner and escalate as needed
  • Track sales data and progress reports
  • Assist on other projects as needed

Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum three years of support or administrative experience
  • Thrive in an extremely fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability multi-task, work with minimal supervision and exercise good judgment
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships to support common goals
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Docs
  • Plus: interest in marketing, experience with Photoshop
