The Program Manager will assist in accomplishing strategic objectives by overseeing multiple projects, programs, and customer accounts.
Duties will include:
- Manages several customer accounts
- Responsible for the successful implementation of new and existing programs in house
- Works as an interface with the customer and the company looking after the best interests of the company as well as the customer
- Assess program performance and aim to maximize ROI
- Resolve issues with material suppliers and ensure on-time*- availability of materials
- Resolves customer issues, complaints, concerns and reports to upper management regarding status customer account
- Works with production manager in order to meet customer schedules, demands, and shipments
- Works with quality department to ensure customer quality expectations are understood and company is in compliance
- Interface with manufacturing engineering & production manager in the creation of work flow diagrams, work instructions, inspection criteria and information as needed
- Interface with document control in the creation of documentation packages ensuring only relevant information is available for production personnel to build product
- Responsible for engaging in work related activities on an as needed basis in order to meet customer demands and shipment schedules
- Proven experience as a program manager or other managerial position is a plus
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
- Experience with MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Basecamp, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage
- Strong leadership and organizational skills

- Proven problem-solving ability
- BSc/BA diploma in management or a relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus
