Key Responsibilities

Sustain development of remote access/control systems environments

Assist in managing and overseeing administrative duties on all divisional servers and PC’s

Assist with upgrades on hardware and software systems as required

Assist in supporting Microsoft Office, Active Directory, Microsoft Outlook, and CAD (CATIA V5, Autodesk Inventor Series, etc.) systems.  Support EDI systems including connections to customers and vendors.

Help manage enterprise systems backups for all business critical data systems.

Help oversee and maintain enterprise-wide and automated virus protection systems on all servers and PC’s and manage automated deployment of critical software fixes via Windows Software Updated Services (WSUS)\

Help facilitate vendor contracts and agreements

Facilitate help desk activities between the vendor’s helpdesk and end-users at the division

Assist in the continued implementation of the MRP software system (CMS)

Apply functional knowledge to the design and configuration of the ERP system Assist with TLI EDI, set up new customers/vendors, work with logistics to resolve ASN/EDI problems in a timely manner

Work with Ignition and Funnel Cloud to provide data to the shop floor and Business Unit Managers

Education, Skills, and Experience

Computer Science/Engineering 2-year degree or comparable experience

Minimum 1-3 years computer experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Microsoft Windows 7/10, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, Active Directory and Group Policy management

Microsoft Office 2016

Microsoft Exchange/Outlook

CMS experience a plus

Strong networking experience/background including routers, switches, VLAN management, WiFi, etc.

TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, HTTP, WEP/WPA
