Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Partner with leadership and lead all human resources operations to ensure they are aligned with business goals.
  • Work with the Operations leadership team to define the organizational and people related development needs, design and facilitate solutions.
  • Develop and implement resourcing and talent strategy for Corporate and Plant Operations that ensures we have the right people in the right place at the right time.
  • Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate people programs and processes to keep them as effective and efficient as possible (i.e., Org design, talent strategies, talent acquisition, etc)
  • Interpret data insightfully and generate original insights for strategic talent priorities.
  • Lead smooth organizational transitions using best practice change management methodologies.
  • Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and counseling to local leadership team on talent strategy, processes, policies, and complex employee relations issues
  • Acts as a change agent by recommending innovative approaches to continually improve efficiency of the department
  • Assists in recruiting efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, interns, and temporary employees.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Minimum 3 years of broad HR Management experience
  • Previous experience in human resources, professional development, and training, or employee relations a plus at the corporate level
  • HR certification such as PHR, SPHR or GPHR are a plus
  • MUST have experience supporting industrial operations functions (e.g. - Production/Quality/Supply Chain/Manufacturing)
  • This is a HR Manager for Operations
