Director of Demand Generation
VIRTUAL ROLE
Our client , is  looking for a proven, results-driven marketing executive to drive their demand generation efforts. The Director of Demand Generation is responsible for demand strategy, leveraging multiple channels for growth and optimizing the buyer journey. This includes marketing automation, paid campaigns, email, sales enablement, trade shows, and content. This person should be analytical and results-driven with a passion for continually moving the needle. The ideal candidate will have an expert understaning of inbound in demand generation in the B2B tech space with a track record success in lead generation initiatives. This is a hands on role that will also manage a small team.
This position will work closely with the Content Marketing Team on content, email, and social strategy to generate demand, and with Sales to optimize inbound and outbound sales cycles.

Responsibilities
  • Lead inbound demand generation strategy through multiple channels including website, email, ads, etc.
  • Analyze market trends, customer segments and develop lead generation plans based on buyer persona
  • Measure, track, analyze and report website performance (search, traffic, conversions, etc.) periodically
  • Build strategies to optimize the website to deliver greater conversions
  • Work with content marketing team on content strategy for website, blog and third-party sites
  • Manage marketing automation platform (HubSpot) for outbound marketing

Qualifications

 
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in demand generation; ideally within B2B tech
  • Proven experience in growing website leads and increasing conversion
  • Should be able to provide recommendations on improving the website for maximum conversion
  • In-depth understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC strategies and implementation
  • Experience with using tools such as Google Analytics, SEM Rush, SEO Moz, etc. is a plus
  • Data and metric driven-with strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge and experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools (HubSpot is a plus)
  • High energy with a demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience with performance monitoring tools, APM, virtualization, and related markets is a plus
