Product Engineer

We are looking for a Product Engineer to improve manufacturing and assembly operations through the implementation of automation, 3D printing, and other advanced manufacturing methods.

Job Description

  • Lead and coordinate product development activities to take new products from idea to implementation
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable industry and/or customer standards
  • Prepare detailed design, manufacturing, and assembly drawings using Solidworks software
  • Drive improved product quality by developing solutions to manufacturing issues and overseeing successful implementation
  • Participate and lead cross-functional teams
  • Prepare and present project status reports and deliverables
  • Project planning and tracking for complex projects and new products/process launches
  • Work with suppliers and manage the program to meet the goals and timeline
  • Analyze, design, and implement improvements to existing products
  • Lead problem-solving activities to determine root cause and improve product quality


  • Capable of working under minimal supervision and directing activities of technical and other associates as necessary
  • Ability to work in a team-based culture, interacting and effectively communicating with Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing
  • Must be highly motivated with good organizational and analytical/technical problem-solving skills
  • Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Solidworks or other CAD experience a plus.
