  • Overview of Responsibilities:
  • Screen, recruit and interview potential employees
  • On-board and conduct new employee orientation
  • Prepare & process payroll, including related accounting entries and reports
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits, performance, policies, etc.
  • Implement company culture, values and policies
  • Provide leadership with requested reports and documents
  • Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
  • Accurately and confidentially maintain employee files
  • Assist in the employee performance review process
 Qualifications:
  • Previous experience (5+ years) in Human Resources - in a manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees at all levels of the organization
  • Intermediate-to-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
