  • To supervise all assigned production personnel in a manner which represents the standards and goals of the company? To know, understand and comply with all company policies directed by the company policy manual.
  • Set the example for all area employees, by maintaining your workplace in a clean and organized condition, work timely, respond to questions promptly when asked, do not cause delays, seek ways to cause improvement, be a team player, assist with promptly solving problems, dress per policy of the company, follow up and facilitate completion of open actions items and tasks, treat all employees equally.
  • Require all area employees to manage their areas in a clean and organized state, to work productively and meet company standards for productivity, attendance, safety, operating procedure compliance, quality control and assurance compliance and other procedures and policies set forth by the company.
  • Responsible and accountable to be a good communicator with employee and management.
  • To meet, as a minimum, customer requirements in terms of product, quality, on-time delivery and process specifications.
  • To assist and coordinate training activity of those personnel which report to this position. Responsible and accountable to request and report on employee training needs to assure controls of process.
  • Responsible and accountable to review and report equipment situations needing repair and/ or replacement.
  • Responsible and accountable for making recommendations for additional equipment and manpower needed to meet demands of the customer to the company.
  • To participate with employee evaluations and appraisals as directed in a timely manner.
