Qualified applicants will have:
 
*           Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other business related major
*           PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM CP/SCP preferred
*           Must has 5+ years of tactical HR experience
*           FMLA, Workers Compensation, Training and Onboarding experience preferred
*           Must have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and related PC skills
*           Ability to embrace and champion change
*           Excellent organizational skills
*           Strong moral and ethical compass
*           Engaging and ability to work on a team
*           Conflict resolution skills
